I’m thrilled to step into the role of Director, Customer Experience for FireFly’s robotic mowers. Our robots are designed to perform effectively on their own, but what truly sets us apart is the dedicated team of FireFly experts working behind the scenes to maximize their potential.

My team oversees every aspect of the post-sale journey—service, deployment, and customer success management—with a unified mission to ensure every AMP customer loves their robotic mower. From meticulous installations and proactive service driven by telemetry data to hands-on field support whenever needed, we’re here to deliver an exceptional experience.

I’ve been with FireFly for the past 6 months, bringing with me nearly a decade of leadership experience in the robotics field, where I’ve lead product development, business development and customer support.

Hands down, my favorite part is teaching greenskeepers the art of robot operation. These machines empower operators with incredible capabilities—almost like giving them superpowers—and I love seeing how this skill is shaping the future of landscaping in our rapidly evolving world. It’s rewarding to bridge technology and practical expertise.
