At FireFly, your success drives everything we do. That’s why we’re expanding our support network to be closer, faster, and more responsive—no matter where you are or which FireFly machines you operate.
Here’s what’s new:
Tennessee-based support
After a year supporting FireFly customers in Florida, Philip O’Bannon has brought his expertise to Tennessee and the rest of the Mid-South region, which includes Kentucky and the northern parts of Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. His mechanical background and creative thinking have already proven invaluable in the field.
This move also brings a new satellite inventory location to Tennessee, allowing us to respond more quickly across the region and ensure faster access to the parts and service you need.

Expanded coverage in Australia
Dylan Reading joined our team in Australia just over five months ago and is already making a massive impact. With Dylan on board, we’re better equipped to support the growing fleet of FireFly machines across Australia.
New Customer Experience department for AMP
To keep pace with our expanding AMP platform, we’ve created a new department focused on the post-sale customer experience for robotics and autonomous mowing. This new team brings together deployments, customer success management, and service to deliver a seamless, high-performing experience for AMP owners.
Leading the department is Jack Anderson, our new Customer Experience Director – Robotics. With experience deploying more than 7,000 robots, Jack is building a world-class support organization to ensure that owning AMP is as smooth as operating it.
Hear about it in Jack’s own words here.

Dedicated AMP Support Line
AMP adoption is growing fast—and so are the tools we’ve built to support it. You can now call our dedicated AMP support line: (801) 901-2207
This line connects you directly with AMP specialists who know the platform inside and out. Whether you need setup guidance, troubleshooting help, or best-practice advice, we’re ready to assist. For questions about harvesters and M220 mowers, the direct helpdesk line is still (801) 335-6995.
And don’t forget, our web-based Support Portal is available 24/7. It is your go-to destination for step-by-step articles, quick answers, and the ability to submit help tickets anytime.
FireFly is expanding, and so is the support behind it. From closer service technicians to global parts access and real-time technical help, we’re here to keep your machines running smoothly and your team moving forward.
